Commissioner’s Monthly Dialogue with Superintendents – Wednesday, June 20

The next audio conference call with Commissioner Cassellius is scheduled for Wednesday, June 20, 9:30-10:30 a.m. The Commissioner encourages you to make time on your schedule to participate in these informative conference calls that include updates about pertinent agency initiatives. She is happy to answer questions and hear your comments and concerns. Call-in instructions will be sent to you on the Monday before the 20th.

Please note that there will be no Monthly Dialogues during July and August. The next Monthly Dialogue is scheduled for Wednesday, September 19, 9:30-10:30.

Possible School and Child Care Immunization Law Changes – Public Meetings and Request for Comments

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has scheduled two public meetings for June 14 and June 18, 2012, regarding the Minnesota immunization rule. For more details regarding the public meetings, visit the MDH website. Interested persons or groups may submit comments or information on these possible rules in writing or orally until 4:30 p.m. on June 30, 2012. MDH has posted a document to their website outlining some possible changes to the School and Child Care Immunization law.
