Please forward this information to your district principals. Annual immunization status reports (AISR) summarize the immunization data submitted by schools in your district for the 2012-13 school year. Summary reports are now available to download. Read the memorandum from Lisa Harris, Immunization, Tuberculosis and International Health Section, Minnesota Department of Health. You are encouraged to review the report for your school district and compare your results to the statewide immunization compliance information. For assistance with questions, please contact Lisa Harris, 651-201-3523 (metro), 1-800-657-3970 (greater Minnesota).
Each year the Minnesota Office of Tourism receives numerous requests from students for a Minnesota highway map. For the next several months, schools can receive a box of 200 pre-folded official state maps to use in their classrooms. To request a box of maps, the school should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and reference the 2013 School Maps Offer. This opportunity will be available until late fall of 2013.
