Arts High School Appeals
Perpich Center for the Arts High School Appeals –
This site contains the procedures to follow when filing an appeal of expulsion from the Perpich Center for Arts High School. Rules covering discharge from the full time program must be consistent with the Pupil Fair Dismissal Act (PFDA).
The appeal is filed with the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Education. Please note that dormitory discharges are not governed by the PFDA and are not reviewable by the commissioner.
