Community Education Reporting

The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) supports Community Education programs such as learning readiness, school-age child-care, after-school programming, sports and recreation and continuing education for adults and requires school districts to report information about their Community Education program to MDE. The Community Education Annual Report form is used by districts to report the required information.  A list of Community Education definitions is also available below, to assist districts in the reporting process.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Adults-Support Services Reimbursement.  The Legislature has appropriated funds to help Deaf and Hard of Hearing adults, who are enrolled in eligible education programs, obtain educational support services.  Complete the Application for Funding for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Support Services to request reimbursement for these services.
